On-line cover letter, resume, and very fun, insightful questions to answer, followed by a phone interview with person leaving the position. She warned me that I was weak in some areas, but still said she thought I would be a great fit. This was followed by in-person interview with owner/ceo of company - who told me off the bat that I was not right for the position!
