Group and then 1 on 1. Take multiple choice test. Practical bartending skills test. Was asked to make a Cape Cod, martini up, glass of Merlot. Then 1 on 1. Basically wanted to know your availability.

Interview
Initial paperwork, bartending and catering quiz, in person interview. The interview consisted of standard questions. What is your service experience? What else do you do? What's your availability? Can you work this weekend? Second round interview consists of a skills evaluation and immediate hiring after. Skills test is very easy. You work in teams and perform various tasks such as setting fine dining placements, carrying multiple plates/trays and catering terminology.
