The Phoenix Partnership (West Yorkshire) interview questions

The interviewers didn't seem very prepared. They scheduled the interview at the same time as someone else so I had to wait around. One of the people interviewing me answered her phone twice during the interview and stopped to have a conversation. The culture was informal which may have accounted for some of the lack of preparation on their part.
