Had a initial phone screening over the phone with a recruiter. Went really well I thought. Then that was followed up with a video interview with two people. The first one was with the director which was very casual. He went over the duties, role, and explained a bit more about the company. The second one was with a guy from SF who was late by 10 minutes as I waited on google hangouts. I’ve yet to hear anything back within the past 4 weeks. I sent out 3 follow up emails, never heard back anything. To be ghosted, is very unprofessional. At least follow up with an email or something. Absolutely unacceptable and I am very shocked at the poor experience. Steer clear of TheRealReal.
