I applied online for the Financial counselor position. Months later I received a call from CFO for an interview. Shortly thereafter I met with the BOD for the longest two hours of my life. Job ended up being for Biller/Collector. Two days later HR called me to come in for drug screen and informed me I got the job. No mention of salary. When I was given the offer letter, I noticed the salary was not what I expected. I turned it down. But they made a higher offer and an empty promise of a promotion to follow.
