Interview
Good interview process overall. After submitting an application, there was an initial 1hr screening test followed by an afternoon technical interview with 3 current employees in roles similar to the one being applied to.
30 mins virtual technical interview, then 4.5 hour virtual technical interview, then final round 2.5 hour in person non-technical interview. 8 hours total of interviews, then got rejected. Waste of my time and effort. The people seem nice but they need to streamline their process.

Interview
After an online numerical and abstract comprehension test there was a Microsoft Teams meeting. It last 3 hours with 3 experts and an HR person. They were friendly and intelligent. Questions were about forces, free body diagrama and kinetic energy relations. There was no offer but it was a nice experience. Only negative thing that I can say is duration of interview. It was tiring.
