TheraCare interview questions

It was easy to get an interview. I had a very good conversation on the phone with the recruiter and it seemed like it’s going to be a good fit. The in person interview was very different. The recruiter was basically reading questions from a printed form. Many of which didn’t seem to apply for the position.

I reached out to the recruiter asking to learn more, and she set up an interview with the BCBA and herself. I did my interview over Zoom and we just talked about my experiences and how those would translate to this position.
