I applied early, but I had to wait a month or two before getting interviewed. The interview was a little unorthodox; however, it went really well. I was introduced to the team and was given a tour of the workplace. I was asked some basic and intermediate questions, and I was encouraged to ask any questions that I had, if any. Afterwards, I received a phone call and was instructed to accept a written offer.
