Interview
There were a number of steps. First was a phone interview from a recruiter to get basic details/salary expectations, followed by a single person zoom interview with the direct supervisor of the position. A week or two later, there was a two person zoom interview with the supervisor and direct manager of the role. Finally, I was asked to put together a powerpoint sales pitch prepared interview, which would be presented in front of a panel of 3 or more individuals.

Interview
It was a mid-length interview. We started with self-introductions, and then the HR asked a few questions about my personal interests and hobbies to make the atmosphere more relaxed. After that, there were some detailed questions about my current job experience, especially regarding what I have done, what I have learned, and the achievements or strengths I demonstrated. The discussion was mainly focused on work-related topics. Overall, the interaction was very normal and professional, and the interview was conducted in a polite and friendly manner.

Interview
I have a video screening call with Talent Acquisition. He was very nice, checked that I was a real person, went over the job duties, confirmed my resume and my salary requirements. He gave me the name of the hiring manager and said she was excited to speak with me. He told me to expect to hear from her soon. I never heard anything. I reached back out to my HR contact to follow up two weeks later and he let me know I was not chosen to move forward to the onsite interview.

the interview was okay and was conducted over zoom. it was nothing too special. run of the mill questions. conducted online over zoom. was ghosted afterwards though with no follow up email.
