I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Pune)
Interview
Interview process was long and competitive. Not that difficult I would say. Whole process took almost 2 months so keep patience.
There were several rounds of interview as described below:
1. Analysis Problem:
In my first (telephonic) round, I was given one testing problem definition and was asked to tell the scenarios that I would test on it. In this round, they check how you evaluate the problem itself. Don't limit your scenarios only on functional test. Think of performance, security and other aspects of testing as well. It was then followed by more counter questions.
2. Technical Round:
In this round (skype), I was given problem definition to code in max 30 minutes. You are allowed to choose programming language on your own. I chose java. And coded the problem. Then it was followed by questions on my coding logic like why I chose logic like this, advantage of it, complexity of my code, how can i improve it more. I really liked this as sometimes just for sake of completing task we complete the task without realising that we know better way but aren't applying.
After clearing the above round, I was called for in-person round of interviews for their office.
3. Technical Discussion:
This is round where they will make you vomit all the information/knowledge you have and see how you apply that. I was given the scenarios and was asked basic testing questions. They are not looking for textbook answers but how good you apply whatever you have learnt or you know.
4. 5. 6. 7: These round were mainly on your aptitude, your speed and accuracy, your behavioural aspects, on social justice.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the interviews. I have only one expectation from this company that they will help me go out of my comfort zone and discover the true potential in me as they have this reputation. Really excited to join them.

Interview
I interviewed for the role of QA Analyst - Senior Consultant at ThoughtWorks. The interview process was quite extensive, consisting of five rounds. The first three rounds were technical, focusing on automation and functional aspects. You can expect straightforward LeetCode-style coding questions, as well as an in-depth assessment of your coding concepts and knowledge. Additionally, your functional and non-functional testing skills will be evaluated, along with your understanding of system architecture and your ability to create test strategies as a Senior QA.
The remaining two rounds were non-technical, focusing on leadership and culture. These rounds assessed your leadership qualities, cultural fit, and your ability to make a positive impact. Overall, it was a enjoyable experience. The interviewers were very supportive and helpful, providing guidance whenever I felt stuck or hesitant.
