They will try to trick you with brand name and technology work etc... trying to find some illogical reasons to bring down your salary... Their offer is a real crap - not even up to industry standard! They showcase all incentive involved with their travel job as benefits - which is rediculous! Also, heard from interviewers they now started long term contracts, maintainance work etc... Social justice is just a PR stuff after it's founder sold it! Make sure you have the right role and salary before start process and accepting the offer.
