I was contacted directly by Threadneedle for a Training role that was a great step up for my career. The initial call was with HR where they explained the role and process to me. I was then called back a few days later for an interview.
I met the hiring manager who gave me a good understanding of the role and built on the job description further for me. I provided feedback and was requested for a 2nd interview within a few days. The next stage was to meet senior members of the HR department which gave me a good understanding of the wider context of the role and the strategies the business was trying to implement. Having done my research on the parent company this was a really useful insight.
I was then called a few days later and offered the role which I accepted immediately. The screening process took 5 days and as I was available to start I was in the door really quickly.
