We held 2 meeting together and took a basic exam that helps judge if you would be right for the position. The nterview was very laid back and conversational. I don't think I was asked a single question that had to do with the insurance industry other than why do you want to be a financial advisor.

Interview
It was a long process with multiple interviews (4-5) including one with your spouse. While the whole process took longer than might be desired, but it can be helpful for both sides of the interview process in making the final decision.

Smooth and easy. felt reeky comfortable. i enjoyed the conversation with the interviewer. he made the interview feel like a normal conversation. i was scheduled for a second interview, but unfortunately other opportunities came about.

The interview process was pleasant and I was very pleased to meet with the director and have him give me a breakdown. They were all very welcoming and I enjoyed talking and conversing with everyone there.
