Phone call followed up with in person interview. Very friendly people. They were very welcoming and asked questions not only about the job but me as an individual. They made sure that the interview was comfortable and that they answered any questions that I had.

Interview
Technical interview entailed a financial modeling test, phone interview included questions on historical roles and responsibilities and discussion of a specific investment opportunity. The process was very smooth and the team was engaged and excellent to deal with throughout.
