Ticom Geomatics Systems Engineer Project Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter and sent a job description, I applied online and received a questionnaire. The recruiter offered me a telephone interview with two hiring managers. I was asked several questions about Agile Methodologies which was not in the job description but could not answer them because I don't have any Agile experience. Despite that fact the interviewers were still very nice.
