Took a while to hear back from HR. Once the interview happened, everything was smooth and simple. Be patient, call to follow up if need be. Peer review interview process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tift Regional Health System (Tifton, GA) in May 2023
Interview
It was very informal and held in the manager’s office without peers present. Usually peers that would be working along side of me would be there to ask questions as well.

Did I think I could keep up with the pace of the busy pace of the ER?
I had a great interview process. They staff was friendly and answered all my questions. If I wasn’t moving I would have taken the position. I highly suggest the facility as a entry level job.
