The interview process was one of the worst processes I have encountered during my last 15 years of professional experience. The interview setups were super slow, and the replies from tinder's recruiters were very slow as well. Once they were able to setup an interview with me, the recruiter set me up for a technical hands on interview over coderpad and sent me a link as well but when i got online i realized there has been a miscommunication between the recruiter and the team, I just had a random conversation with someone from some team , a completely non-technical one and they said they will setup the technical one after. After waiting for a while i realized the internal recruiter is not working there anymore and then i received an email indicating they decided to not hire me and move on to interview other candidates. The whole process was super slow at every end and all the people were confused as to what they are doing and at the end the decision was also based on random talks and not technical questions! They may reject you if they don't like your voice over the phone!
