The interview process start from screening CV and Portofolio, after that you will get the assignment test around 5 days and then interview HR & User (include Present your portofolio and your assignment test) , and final is offering process

Interview
First I got contacted by HR via Whatsapp, then they sent me a Design test through email. Several days later, I got informed that I passed the test and the next step is an HR Interview. HR Interview doesn't take too long, about 30 minutes. The next step is the user interview which takes about 1 hour long. After 3 days, I got an email saying that I passed the user interview process and the next step is the offering process.

Interview
I think the process is quite easy, and not convoluted. Casual, but still serious. With a comfortable demeanor, making conversation during an interview doesn't feel heavy. Overall it's a nice experience.
