Interview
I applied for Top Performance Marketing online. It took about 4 days.
The interview process was pretty easy they contact me over the phone and brought me in for a first round.
Pretty preliminary first round.
They then invited me back for a second round went into more detail. Pretty nice corporate trainers, sounded like they knew what they were doing.

Interview
The interview process was incredibly easy. I applied online and was asked to come in for a first round of interviews. The first interview felt more like the company was trying to sell itself more than anything. They didn't really ask anything about me or my background. They offered me to come in again for a second round interview...which they said was more of an opportunity to learn more about the company and the position. In the second interview, they described the position and process of employment at the company more in depth and then offered me the job on the spot. The whole process seemed like they would hire anyone who was interested in the position.

Interview
I applied for the Jr. Marketing Assistant position. I've been taking marketing classes and wanted to get my foot in the door with a company. Mr. Teixeira was polite and explained exactly what I would be doing.
I then got a chance to talk with one of their leaders and went into more detail about growth and advancement.
All in all it looked like a great company to get my foot in the door.
