Easy initial interviews, made it final round with hiring manager. Glorified sales position, big on metrics and hitting goals. Lot of turnover for a reason "work hard play hard" culture, but it seemed that if you can't hit metrics, you're out the door.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
