I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Pretty much as expected from my research. A preliminary phone call, then actual phone interview. We scheduled the 2nd during the phone call. The second was on site with an hour of video and computer testing. The testing was to show your basic understanding of time zones, and state abbreviation and locations. Also a few questions about the company to gauge if you did any research. We scheduled the 3rd interview with the hiring manager that day as well. 3rd interview started shadowing 2 performers allowing me to see the job and ask questions. Following was an hour with the sales manager and hr.
As everyone else says there is no sugar coating. I felt good after 1 and 2, but unsure after leaving the third. They called within 3 hours to extend the offer

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
