I applied through university. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
The interview process was broken down into three parts. The first being a 20-30 minute phone interview with the recruiter, he/she will ask simple questions about TQL and your resume.
The second interview is a face-to-face interview with the recruiter where you get into more dept about your resume, and are asked behavioral questions and past experiences along. Also you watch a couple videos about the company and take simple tests about geography and the company.
The third interview is with the hiring manger and a floor leader, the hiring manger does all the talking and the floor leader is there to observe and they're basically trying to figure out if you are a right fit for the company.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
