I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting my resume and application.I first had a phone conversation to get to know my personality a little better then had a phone interview following that. I eventually got brought in to the Minneapolis branch interviewing 1v1 with the recruiter and took a test. I then got called back where I met with a couple sales representatives to get a better feel for the position and after met with the branch manager for a final interview.

Pretty simple standard interview. Went over my background, why I wanted a sales job, what did I think about my experiences that make me a good fit for the role etc.

Interview
Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.
The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
