I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I met them at a career fair and then I had a phone interview and an on site interview. The job was offered after the on site interview. They dig deep into your résumé on the phone interview and ask questions about your experience. They ask a lot of behavioral questions, like how would you handle stress or rejection, or what keeps you motivated. They are not money shy and want to hear that you are hungry for money. At the onsite interview you take a test on the 50 states location and abbreviations, your computer skills with Microsoft word and excel, time zones, general memory questions and TQL knowledge. Definitely research the company before any interview! You then get to sit down with two LAE's on the floor and you get to ask questions and see what you will be doing everyday. Then you have the recruiters interview you and then the sales manager interviews you.
