Initial communications will move rapidly. First an email and/or phone call wanting to set up initial phone interview (probably within the next day or two). Short phone interview with questions related to your motivation and reasons for interest in TQL. Mostly the basics, but occasionally more in depth, personal questions. If you're money motivated and you have long term goals, you're pretty much set.
After phone interview you'll get a call back either setting up an onsite interview or sending you away.
Onsite you will take a couple of brief tests (basic knowledge and skills related to math, microsoft office, and time zones) and have two interviews, one with the recruiter, the other with the office manager. Most of the same kinds of questions as the phone interview, but more conversational. They're really big on your motivation and your personality.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
