They call you to set up a phone interview (the easy part) then they schedule you for an onsite interview where you take a geographical test and shadow their current employees. Then you are sent to the hiring manager's office where you will be sitting across from him and his egocentric sidekick where they ask you the most irrelevant questions possible.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
