First interview was a zoom/teams meeting with a recruiter who asked me some general questions. Second interview was three hours with the manager, the two supervisors, and then the team. I got invited back for the final interview- which I was told originally was only going to be an hour meeting with the CLO. The format changed and ended up becoming a 30 minute meeting with the CLO and two 30 minutes interviews with different members of their legal counsel. They also had me take an hour long test. I cannot believe I interviewed 4.5 hours and took a test just to be rejected. I’d anything, I had believed I was over qualified for this role as I’m a licensed attorney. I wasn’t told any reason specifically that I was not chosen for the role- just that they were moving forward with another candidate.
