I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Denver, CO) in Dec 2024
Interview
TQL has you go through a three-step interview process.
1st step is speaking with the recruiter for 30mins.
2nd step is going into the office to speak with the recruiter again for 30mins and also shadow an employee in the position you are applying for. Get an idea of what your day to day would be like in that role at TQL. This lasted an hour.
The 3rd and final step is coming in to take 3 different assessment tests and then an interview with the hiring manager. This takes about an hour and half. Before the third interview you need to complete a task they give you and send it to the recruiter before the final interview. Also study for the 3 different assessment tests because if you fail any of them you either have to retake the test a different time or the interview process stops there.
All in all, I got ghosted after the final interview. I even reached out to the recruiter and did not hear anything back. I wasted so much of my own personal time in driving to the interviews, studying for the 3 assessments, and completing the task they sent me. All to be ghosted! Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Tell me a time a client was upset. How did you handle the situation?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2025
Interview
It was a relatively straight forward interview; however, very quickly they told me that the "Account Representative" role had already been filled internally and that they were looking for a sales-focused candidate who would be willing to embrace cold-calling. It felt a little like a bait-and-switch but the representative was professional and courteous the whole time.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Three total interviews, and one set of assessments. The first interview is a quick phone interview. The second is an hour of shadowing then like a 15 minute interview with the same person from the first interview. The third is a set of 3 assessments then an hour interview with the hiring manager.
