I was told this was an all day interview and to bring a lunch. At first they have you come in and fill out paper work. Then there are a series of test that require you to complete different task. There is the one called hand tightening, where you have to use both hands at time and place bolts into holes and tighten them. The bold have to be place in specific holes which is on a computer screen just in front of you. You also have to take some out. Another test is plugging a wire harness into specific slot again looking at a computer screen alienating with using an impact driver to screw in bolts or remove them depending on what it tells you to do on the screen. Then after you complete this task and the whole time they are watching and timing the tasks. They take you back for a face to face interview with the typical senerio questions and some where do you see yourself stuff. Then they give you a 5 min break. Next was talking containers from slots on one side and moving them to specific places on the opposite side. This was done again by following the instructions on the computer screen this had to be done really fast as there was a timer that would count down and start an alarm. The last test was a welding test where you had to pull the welder down across and back and forth and press it into the slots indicated on the computer screen this was grueling and one of the worst test ever my shoulders and arms were so sore for days.
