********Round1******* They have given me 3 case studies and asked me to solve in 3 days. ********What happened:********* Initially I thought to give a try on those case studies but unfortunately I discovered with Covid symptoms next day onwards and kept this case study aside. After 5 days those people called me and enquired about the case study. I described them whole picture of mine and told them I could not complete the case study. But they gave me two weeks time and asked me to finish by then. So, After 15 days I received another call from them enquiring about the status of case study. I told them that I was still not recovered completely and need few more days time. So, this time they again reached me out after a week or so and gave me one more week time to finish the case study. So, after all these calls and discussions, I thought they are really interested in my profile and I started solving the case study though I was not completely recovered. I did finished those case studies within two days working day and night gathering information from multiple sources, creating good format and all other presentation stuff and finally submitted it on the day they asked me to. ************************************What happened next************************************** 1. No response from them for next 3 days . 2. They did not answered my calls. 3. They sent an email saying they have forwarded to someone else. 4. They sent an email saying *******We Regret to Inform.... Conclusion: Do not fall into their trap. They simply want to use your case studies for some purpose. Now I regret ignoring others experience on Glassdoor.
