Interview
I first interviewed with the Assistant manger. Then they approved my application and scheduled a second interview with the store manager. They ask you all your normal interview questions plus a list of scenario questions.

Explain a time when you had a great customer service experience and what made it so good.
I have only gotten to the phone screening stages to a couple Trader Joe's location. It felt different both times, so it's difficult to understand what they are looking for and why you aren't selected to continue the interview process.

Interview process seemed straightforward enough, but never heard back. Went online to the portal after and found out I had been rejected. It is a smaller TJs so i’m just assuming they are highly selective.
