This was back in 2022- From HR, to Team manager initial interview then scheduled with the SVP of sales. Smooth process and well communicated. They have a good structure here with clear career growth. Much has changed since, so I’m not entirely sure if the interview process is the same.

How can u benefit in this job role
Tell me about yourself
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Traliant in Nov 2019
Interview
I was referred in by a former colleague who works at Traliant, as we'd previously worked together at a Traliant competitor. I had two interviews that went really well (Regional Sales Director and VP of Sales) and was told they'd love to bring me on but needed to wait a month or so until hiring for Ops caught up. We stayed in touch until the time they said they were ready to fill the role and then there were a couple of emails saying "should know more this week", then... nothing. Completely ghosted with zero feedback after several emails and calls.
I can appreciate that I may not have been the best candidate (though I'd be really interested in understanding who a better candidate could have been), but at least have the professionalism to close the loop and not leave applicants hanging.
