The first round like any where else, was with the company's Human Resources, followed by an interaction with their Chief Operating Officer and finally with their Chief Executive Officer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the use-cases that drive adoption & scalability, in India ?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TranServ (Mumbai) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process is weird. For a lead position, they had a written test which had 2 basic compiler questions, 2 puzzles, 2 java programs, a face to face with the Senior VP, an interview with the Head of operations and then the HR round. All the rounds were done in a single day so it was fine.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TranServ (Mumbai) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was simple.
First round was about to be panel discussion. But it'd started with written test.
2 hours test it was.
They took little bit long time. So you just have to sit, till HR come.
Office seems good, but I don't feel like it was a company for developers. As I didn't saw a single glass/white board to discuss logic & implementation. Only cubical.
