Very unethical and poor hiring process. The HR involved in hiring process is totally pointless and have no work ethics. Tredence, started the process and schedules back to back interviews and asked for candidates time but its more weeks now I have no response or feedback. Even contacting back, there is no response and calls going unanswered. The great part is that VP of Tredence is also involved in the tread yet he is showing unprincipled behaviour. I assume the company should first learn how to hire then go for hiring. We are dealing with pandemic and such instances are totally immoral.
