Interview
Interview consisted of 1 with Human Resources, 2 with Hiring Manager, and 1 with Director of IA. Interviews where all video based except for the initial screening interview with Human Resources.

Stage 1: Phone Screening (15 min) - Briefly assess qualifications and schedule next interview.
Stage 2: Panel Interview (30 min) - Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth discussion.
