Interview
Apply online. It took almost 3 weeks to receive a phone call. HR contacted by phone to start application processes. 30 minute phone interview followed by an appointment set up for face-to-face interview. Arrived to HR for interview and HR escorted me to interview location. Interviewed by manager of hospital wing. Interview was one hour long followed by short QA session. Received a call back within 24 hours.
Panel interview with multiple units, you get to talk to them for about 3 minutes. Then you get offers from each unit that wants to offer you a position. Must have a phone call interview before getting the in person.
nice interviewers. the interviewers were very professional. the interviewers were very straightforward and simple. i felt at ease the whole time during the interview. they made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Interview
The interview was set up similar to "speed dating," so each person interviewing was able to interview with each unit for 5 mins each, and then transition to the next unit. I liked being able to interview with each unit, but as I now try to weigh my options between offers, I cannot remember which unit was which during interviewing.
