The process was arduous. Initially there was a phone interview and then three in-person visits. Two were panel interviews. This is very much department and manager specific. I am sure all manager positions do not require this. I probably met with 15 people- silly.

Structured, behavioral based. The was an initial interview with HR, second with the director and a third with members of the management staff and some of the staff. From there I had a drug test and physical. After the results I was made an offer and given 5 days to consider
