Straightforward 45 min behavioral + case interview. Interviewer had a list of behavioral questions where they select ~3 to ask you. Case is typical life science case with market sizing, no calculator, and strategic plans.

Interview
Very casual Zoom interviews. The schedulers and the interviewers were disorganized which was a red flag for me that this particular department was not a good fit for me. But they were able to speak extremely specifically about Trinity's overall values and culture which was a plus.
