I had a Phone screening with recruiter, then a follow up interview with the hiring manager where I had to present one of my projects and describe my thought process.
Interview process was pretty standard. Started with initial application and moved into screenings or hirevue. After that one speaks with associates or higher ups to finish it off. Overall standard experience with not too many tricks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TruStage (Madison, WI) in Dec 2018

got cuna mutual interview call from online application process and got a call from hr she asked me questions about my previous project and some behavioral questions and told me you will get call in about a week but i never got a call
