The job required an initial phone screening. That first interview was very easy and a nice chance to talk about my career and my expectations in a future job. The conversation was not intimidating at all.

The interview process took place through a recruiter that contacted me via Linked In. Then I got an interview. The interview happened with multiple people but it was not panel style.
