Interview process would have three steps in general only after your resume is selected for so :
1) Telephonic- Pretty casual and friendly conversation with campus coordinator. There might be few questions about your interests and project work.
2) written assessment - mostly about your knowledge in your field of work and current interests.
3) on site interview- HR interview where the interviewer tries to figure out your intellectual curiosity and judges personality and passion about what you do.
