Relatively easy. Explained what you would be doing and what the expectations are. Asked about your skills, past experiences. I had no issues with it at all. I met at the local office with a regional manager, and it was a fine conversation.

The questions are simple like what is ram because all they want is a warm body in a chair they will hire anyone and the turnover is high due to bad hiring practice

Interview
I met the team lead and recruiter at my University career fair. They had a 5 min chat with me about my resume. After two weeks I got called for an on-site interview with the team leader. It was a one hour interview process where I was asked my github projects, my research projects and what all I did in my academic period of time. He talked about my experience in other aspects of life such as work life balance , research and internship balance. After two weeks I got the offer.
