After about a week since the closing of applications, we were contacted. The interview process included 2 stages. The first interview comprised of oral questions which lasted 30 mins and a written test which was to be completed in 1 hour 15 mins. After a week, the successful candidates were notified and an assignment was sent via email. The assignment included background information on a GBV project that the organization was working on. You were required to develop a plan to support 4 local partners with different capacities.
