Interview
I had 3 interviews in the span of 2 months. I applied online, got an email for the first interview a month and a half later. First interview were with the Heads of Programmes and the Country Director. Second Interview was with just the Heads of Programmes and the last interview was with the HQ Advisor. The first two interviews were on Skype and the third was an in-person interview in-country.

First Interview: Basic interview questions: Background, Experience related to the job, Context of the country,
Second Interview: This had a lot os scenario specific questions that centered on: past experience in emergencies, how to remotely manage a team, how to best support local partners (mostly on quality of reports and timely submission), how would you mitigate budget (over/underspends)
Last Interview: IASC Guidelines, WHO Guidelines
Pretty standard interview questions, structured and designed in advance - share your CV, why this role, examples of times addressed situations relevant to the job description. 3 panel interview, 1 from HR, hiring manager and their manager.
