Interview
Submitted resume in school's career fair, then three months later received phone screen. The interviewer asked about previous experiences and then three questions, one of which was on codepad. The interview was quite hard in my opinion.

Question 1
Find a polynomial time algorithm to determine whether two trees are isomorphic.
Was asked a coding question. The interviewers weren't helpful and only cared about getting the output. No guidance or hints were given. Did not seem like a good fit for me.
Applied online, recruiter reached out. Did two 1-hour interviews, mainly about C++ and operating system concepts with coding questions like leetcode. Used another company's offer to expedite the process. Recruiters are responsive and friendly.
