The interview process at Tulip was one of the more thoughtful I've been through. Every interviewer was engaged and came prepared -- conversations felt substantive. The questions were challenging but fair, and it was clear the team cares about finding the right fit rather than just filling a seat. Even the technical portion felt practical and relevant to the actual work. I came away with a solid sense of the culture and what the role would actually involve. Overall solid interview.

The interview process was hectic with 7 rounds(2 with head of Engineering) and lasted for 3 months, The interviews were difficult with lot of questions. It could even be 8 rounds as well all depends on the HR and the head of engineering.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tulip Interfaces in Apr 2026
Interview
Video interview with the HR, was nice and asked some basic questions about my last job, salary rangers, etc.
Followup technical interview was also on the easier side, did ask a lot of prying questions.
Did not hear any followup until I emailed back and got an automatic perusing other candidates response.
