Avoid this company at all costs, it's a chaotic mess. I went through an extensive interview process that lasted over a month, including a design challenge, and received a verbal offer at the end. A few days later, the verbal offer was rescinded with no explanation. When I followed up asking why, I received no response. Maybe they found someone else for cheaper. The people at this company have no respect for anyone's time or emotions.

Interview
Pretty straight-forward interview process as data science interviews go. Technical interview can vary depending on the level, but it's related to the work you'll do. Manager interview tends to focus on customer experience. You'll probably interview with one or both founders, as well.

We ask about experience with Bayesian methods, experience with customers/consulting, and experience explaining models to lay audiences (all related to what you'll be doing). It's probably going to evolve as we define roles and grow.
