I applied online. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I was interviewed by HR the process took over a month. The HR Director would reach out and ask for time and then not respond. She did this a few times, She finally called me and said she had food poisoning and that it was Mexican food. Since there had been many delays, I asked on the second interview when I would hear back, she said "Monday, in three days". I never heard back. After more than a week, I sent a thank you email and still was not updated or thanked for my time. How I was communicated with - it was every post you read about on LinkedIn playing out in real life, but the interviewers were HR and should have had higher standards. It was not the right way to treat someone when the company says the thing it values most is treatment of people.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Miami, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Had two screenings with the recruiter. I first spoke with him in April and didn't hear back on next steps or If I was moving forward for months. He reached back out in June to schedule another screening which sounded as if he was unaware he had already spoken with me. He never showed to the second screening call. Very unprofessional.

Are you willing to commute to the office 5 times a week?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction in Jun 2021
Interview
A 3rd party Recruiter reached out to me for the opportunity. The phone screening interviews went great; they were very interested/impressed with my background and skill sets.
I was asked to come in person for the final interview and the process went well too. The interviewers were very impressed with me in person. However, I did not get the job due to lack in "performance management" skills although I was told during the interviewing process that my current skill set was okay to proceed with.
I think I did not get the job due to me questioning/challenging the company's goals with expanding on diversity and them being intimidated with my questioning.
