I went through 2 rounds of interview. The first round was an online recording where you had to answer questions that they provided. The second one was in person. That asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation.

Interview
The interview process was very well structure, it was divided into two sections. The first section involved a 10 minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions. The second section involved an interview with two other managers which lasted around 50 minutes. This was a formal process which followed a structured set of questions, each question asked would involve them asking reactive questions to dig into your motivations for applying.
