Many interviews, started with phone interview, then I was asks to complete a range of tests online. I then had a face to face interview with HR who were unable to answer any specific question about the role. Then I was asked to participate in a day assessment centre.

Foi um processo relativamente curto: primeiro, tive uma entrevista com a equipa de RH e, logo a seguir, uma entrevista técnica com o associado diretor do país. A entrevista com o departamento de recursos humanos foi feita de acordo com o padrão habitual: se conhecia a empresa, porque escolhi a empresa, faixa salarial pretendida. Já com o gestor, a entrevista incidiu mais na área técnica do trabalho.

Interview
The interviewer sent you a spreadsheet and then left for you to review and give some comments. The whole process is quite clueless which makes you confused. I doubt whether in real life they always give you the task this way. Plus the interviewer was really arrogant and ignorant who said himself was promoted to director level very quick, which I don’t think is related to the interview process.

Interview
First interview was directly with the one of Directors.
Discussed relevant job experiences and shared knowledge with regards to related sectors in the industry.
Met another Director at second interview.
Followed by meeting few of the staff and walked around offices.
